Danielle Guthrie
Danielle Guthrie: Danielle writes poetry, short stories, and long fiction in a variety of genres ranging from visceral comedies to dark fantasies. Recently graduated from MacEwan University with her BA in English, Danielle uses her skills to connect with the local writing community in Alberta and build up other writers through her work as an editor for The Bolo Tie Anthology and YEGWrites Press. Alongside her anthology work, Danielle is passionate about providing educational editorial feedback for emerging writers by hosting workshops through the Edmonton Public Library and Capital City Press. Beyond writing, Danielle enjoys spending her sunny days outside, drinking coffee, eating croissants, and attempting (but failing) to finish her to-be-read pile. Originally from Vancouver Island of French-Canadian heritage, Danielle now resides in Edmonton, Alberta with her dog Coco. She is currently working on her first novel.
